การพัฒนารูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้จัดการศึกษาตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน : การประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการเอไอซี / ศศิวิมล จุลศิลป์ = Development of a community participatory model in using local wisdom for education management based on the sufficiency economy philosophy in basic education institutions: An application of the AIC process / Sasiwimon Chunlasin
The purposes of this research were 1) to develope a community participatory model in using local wisdom for education management according to the sufficiency economy philosophy basic education institutions applied AIC process, 2) to compare a community participatory model in using local wisdom for education management according to the sufficiency economy philosophy among schools in the urban and rural area, and 3) to examine a community participatory model in using local wisdom for education management according to the sufficiency economy philosophy. The research methodology was qualitative research. The case study was basic education institutions in the urban and rural area 1 per school total 2 schools. The participants were administrator, teacher, local wisdom teacher, student, board of educational institute, community leader and guardian 62 persons to provide data interview and school representatives, community representatives 60 persons for seminar workshop according to AIC process. There were 22 participants consisting of group of academician of 2, group of administrator of 4, group of teacher of 4, group of education training of 4 and 8 representatives from community, to study appropriateness and possibility of a community participatory model. The procedure of data collection consisted of document, observe interview and workshop according to AIC process. The data were analyzed by content analysis, comparison, analytic induction, and descriptive statistics, ie, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows: 1) A community participatory model in using local wisdom for education management according to the sufficiency economy philosophy basic education institutions consisted of 3 components. First component was back ground and objective of the model. Second component was the process of community participation and procedure. The third component was the success conditions and direction to model using. And process community participatory 8 steps were adjustment concept, mental create volunteer, survey wisdom, planning, constructive action, evaluation, publishing, sharing benefits. 2) The result of comparing a community participatory model in using local wisdom for education management according to the sufficiency economy among schools in the urban and rural area it was found that they are similar and the same process of participatory of 8 steps but a little bit difference in each procedure in each step. 3) A community participatory model in using local wisdom for education management according to the sufficiency economy philosophy basic education institutions was highly appropriate to be used indicating by the average of 4.19 and it was highly possible to be practiced indicating by the average of 3.98. The most appropriateness were survey wisdom followed by constructive action publishing having the appropriate average of 4.36 and 4.23 respectively. The most possibility were survey wisdom, publishing and planning respectively with average possibility of 4.27, 4.18 and 4.09 respectively.
