The purposes of the research were 1) to study the components, the procedure and to develop the PE game website on flipped classroom approach 2) to study the outcome and to present the procedure of learning and teaching via PE game website based on flipped classroom approach which affected on student teacher ‘s teaching ablity. Thirty-two samples were studied at the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University. By purposive grouping ,they were all qualified and engaged in PE game website. The research had been conducted for 8 weeks, 2 days/week ( 2 hours/ day) , 16 periods in total. The research instruments included 1) behavior observation form, 2) questionnaire, 3) test on knowledge and understanding of using PE games website based on flipped classroom approach, 4) evaluation form of using PE games website based on flipped classroom approach, 5) evaluation form of PE game website’s quality, 6) evaluation form of a lesson plan, and 7) certifying form of using PE games website based on flipped classroom approach to enhance teaching competence. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, t-test and Repeated Measures ANOVA were conducted. The results showed that: (1) There were 4 core components of using PE games website based on flipped classroom approach which were 1) method and procudure of teaching PE based on flipped classroom approach, 2) roles of teachers and students, 3) PE games website, and 4) evaluation. ( 2) The teaching and learning procedure including videos and online courses developed by the researcher were provided for the students with rules and how to play PE games comprising of 4 steps which were 1) describing skills by verbal or written instruction , 2) demonstrating, 3) applying, 4) wrapping up and giving feedback. (3) Those student teachers learning through PE games website based on flipped classroom approach significantly achieved the post- test scores on knowledge and undrstanding higher than the pre-test scores at the .05 level. ( 4 ) Those student teachers learning through PE games website based on flipped classroom approach significantly achieved the post- test scores on teaching competence skills into their teaching classes higher than the pre-test scores at the .05 level. ( 5) Certifying form of using PE games website based on flipped classroom approach to enhance teaching competence ( x = 4.86, SD = 0.13)
