The purpose of this research was to study prevalence of sexual dysfunctions for depressive patients who had used serotonin specific reuptake inhibitors. The participants were 102 depressive patients who treated which serotonin specific reuptake inhibitors at 12 floors King Building Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. This research is a descriptive and cross-sectional study. Factors were demographic factors and serotonin specific reuptake inhibitors. The questionnaire was the questions about demographic data, treatment data, sexual response data between and treated which serotonin specific reuptake inhibitors. The researcher built the questions by studied psychology text book and applied questionnaires of Arizona Sexual Experience Inventory. Data were analyzed by percentage and chi-square test. Result of the prevalence of sexual dysfunctions for depressive patients who have been used serotonin specific reuptake inhibitors revealed sexual desire disorder (Patient couldn't have desire for sexual activities when they had read the erotic story or seen the pornographic books 21.6%, patient didn't have libido when they had read the erotic story or seen the pornographic books 14.7% patient didn't have libido when couple had simulated at erotic zone 19.6%), frigidity 41.6%, impotence 28.6% orgasmic disorder (Patient didn't have orgasm 22.5% and delay or fast orgasm 40.2%, inhibited ejaculation 4.8%, premature ejaculation or delay ejaculation 38.1%), dyspareunia 30% and avoid sexual activity 40.2%
