The purpose of this independent study is to present the Business Plan for Food Delivery Service for the Elderly. When people step into the senior stage, they will encounter the biological, psychological, and social changes especially biological change which will deteriorate the effective of organs. Therefore, the attention for elderly is needed including the proper nutrition because eating healthy food is not only strengthen the body, it also prevents and lessens the chronic diseases. The research includes analyzing the company’s environment, the business industry, competitors, and customers’ attitudes and behaviors.
After gathering and analyzing all the data, the strategy for the business plan which consists of marketing plan, production plan, and financial plan is constructed to evaluate the feasibilities of the business. Regarding to the study, there is the opportunity to gain profit from Food Delivery Service for the Elderly business with IRR 89.40% and payback period 1.16 years. The highlight of the business is the dietitian who will customize the menu for every single customer which can serve the customers’ need. In summary, Business plan for Food Services for the Elderly is an interesting business for investment. Also, this business plan will be the tool for the entrepreneurs to decide investing for the food services for the elderly business.
