Additional Notes

  1. Full-day usage: Up to 8 hours.
  2. Half-day usage: Up to 4 hours.
  3. Overtime use (over 30 minutes): Charged at an hourly rate.
  4. Usage outside operating hours: Additional charges apply for staff overtime based on the university's current policy.

    (Operating Hours, Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM)

  5. The service charges for exhibition booths are as detailed below:
    1. A 3-square-meter space (including a 1.50 x 2 meter table and one power outlet) : 2,000 Baht per booth.
    2. Additional power outlet: 300 Baht per outlet.
