Additional Notes

Full-day usage: Up to 8 hours.
Half-day usage: Up to 4 hours.
Overtime use (over 30 minutes): Charged at an hourly rate.
Usage outside operating hours: Additional charges apply for staff overtime based on the university's current policy.

The service charges for exhibition booths are as detailed below:
1. A 3-square-meter space (including a 1.50 x 2 meter table and one power outlet) : 2,000 Baht per booth.
2. Additional power outlet: 300 Baht per outlet.
