Book Butler Service

Book Butler Service: provides assistance in information resource searching and consultation via Zoom, as well as a book reservation service. This service is available to Chulalongkorn University students, faculty, researchers, staff, annual library members (Type A), and the general public. Service Conditions

  1. This service is limited to resources available at the Thailand and ASEAN Information Center.
  2. Zoom Consultation (Personal Consultant): Assistance and consultation on information searching are available via Zoom during working hours, Monday to Friday, within designated time slots. Please submit your request at least one business day in advance.
  3. Book Reservation and Self Pick-up: The library will prepare books requested through the online form. Users can pick them up at the designated service counters and times as follows:

      • Monday-Friday 8.00 am -7.00 pm.
      • Saturday: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm

      • Monday - Friday: 7.00 pm - 9.00 pm
    Check Out
    2. Visitors Thailand and ASEAN Information Center: 6th floor
    • Monday-Friday 8.00 am -7.00 pm.
    • Saturday: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
    Library Use Only

    *For visitors, the library will verify the status of the requested book and prepare it one business day before the scheduled visit. Upon arrival, please contact the service counter on the 6th floor of the Thailand and ASEAN Information Center during service hours.


  4. All service requests will receive a confirmation or rejection email from the library, including relevant details and appointment time for book pick-up.
