The objective of this special project is to develop a business plan for multi-channel selling management platform: ShopSell and to determine the feasibility of this business plan in terms of marketing, operations, and financial plans. Regarding the business environmental analysis, competitor analysis, and the primary and secondary consumer behavior analysis, multi-channel selling management platform for e-commerce sellers in Thailand is founded to be interesting because of growth of e-commerce industry as well as the number of online sellers who have many sales channels such as social commerce, Lazada, Shopee, and brand official website and have the problems to manage inventory, sales order, and customer to run the business effectively. Thus, in order to solve the customers’ problem, the analyzed data has been used in developing multi-channel selling management platform business called “ShopSell” with focus on its strengths in user-friendly and sales channel integration across all channels. The study is covered with the marketing plan, operational plan, and financial plan. For financial plan, the result shows that investing multi-channel selling management platform business is feasible for an initial investment of 2,800,000 baht which required a source of capital from equity 65 % and loan 35 % over the 5 years period. The projected net present value (NPV) is THB 8,940,746 and internal rate of return (IRR) is 65.17 % which is higher than the weighted average cost of capital (WACC) 9.45 %. The payback period is 2 years and 5 months. Based on the estimated financial result, this project is consequently feasible and interesting to be invested.
