The objective of this project is to study the feasibility of the fusion food restaurant and bakery at UD Town in Udonthani, in analysing macro environment, competition, marketing and financial aspects. By collecting the secondary data and surveying questionnaires from 400 people for obtaining the primary data. Analysing the marketing feasibility, there is a high demand of fusion food in UD Town and the expectations of the target customers toward the restaurant are cleanness, fresh and tasty. In the part of operation, this project is in a very good location for transportation and parking. Moreover, the quality of ingredient, employee recruitment, employee training and service are emphasized. Additionally, the new technology equipment is used to improve the performance of speed and service to achieve the customer satisfaction. For the financial feasibility, the payback period of this project is only 3 years and 6 months, the internal rate of return is 41.71% and the net present value is 3,319,218 Baht in the next 6 years. Therefore, the investment in fusion food restaurant and bakery at UD Town is feasible and interesting project.
