The objective of this special individual study is to develop the business plan for the Chaipattana rice mill project (Integrated renewable energy development and demonstration center). The Chaipattana rice mill project has followed the main objectives which are help farmer and create non-toxic rice to consumer with reasonable price under the brand “PatPat”. The business plan is included marketing plan, operation plan, management plan and financial plan. Basically, the researcher has performed analysis of external environment that is industrial, competitive, and customer factors. Also, the internal environment is considered to develop marketing, operation, management and financial plan. The study is found that the Chaipattana rice mill project should focus on marketing strategies to promote product awareness to the target customers, health conscious groups as well as be able to expand to new distribution channels. Simultaneously, the management team should focus on efficient operational strategy that to educate and transfer new knowledge to farmers to improve the quality of their life and to enable them to become self-reliant. The financial evaluation of this project found the payback period of 4.67 years, the internal rate of return of 2.82% and the net present value of 97,555 baht.
