The objective of this research is to minimize the electricity consumed by individual web site using cohesion technique. The underlying principle lies in rearrangement of web-based HTML code in compliance with W3C and cohesion principles. As such, this research exemplifies good programming discipline in system design which yields considerable energy saving. The result suggests a simple approach for energy consumption environmental green computing system that depends on how efficient one manages the supporting processing environment. Consider energy conserving HTML page processing by categorizing commands into sub-module to reorder HTML code structure based on cohesion principles. The amount of page views of the most viewed website were 16 million page views, the most viewed website usage is around 16 million Pageview per day per website. This translates into high processing time and amount of electricity consumption. the average daily cost of energy is 1,972.35 baht per day per ten website. The rationale behind such rearrangements is evident from researches on the environment of code processing. The result of better code organization is compliance with complier mandate and amount of electricity consumption cost of energy is 747.98 baht or equivalent to 62% of electricity use. This inspires innovative ideas for lesser energy consumption.
