T.HOUSE, one of business in the industry, is located in Bangsaphan District Prachuap Kiri Khan Province and run the business on December 30, 2010. Due to the growth rate in business and the change of social surrounding to urban in that place, the organization needs to create new strategies in order to increase competitive advantages and grow in the long run. For the corporate and business strategy, the organization has focused on Growth Strategy by making differentiations to fulfill the needs of old and new customers. Also, the functional strategies shall include marketing strategy that analyzes target group customer and responses their needs, using marketing strategy and creating brand awareness through communication to the customers. Building up customers’ satisfaction leading to repeatedly purchases and pass along others. In terms of operational strategy, the organization makes an adjustment for the enhance performance. Human resource management strategy will concentrate on staff’s satisfaction and supporting staff to share knowledge and best practices in the organization. In respect of financial strategy, the organization targets to increase revenues and allocate the suitable budgets for the current competitive situation. Moreover, the organization indicates Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that cover in 4 perspectives to evaluate the corporate performance; therefore, the administrator can ensure that all of strategies can operate in a competitive and sustainable ways.
