Corporate social responsibility is the important issue in sustainable management. According to the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion report, SMEs considerably influence Thai economic, therefore we have to apply corporate social responsibility in business management in order to create sustainable management. The objectives of this research are 1) To study the level of SMEs’ corporate social responsibility. 2) To study the level of SMEs’ corporate social responsibility integration into business strategy and 3) To study the relationship among corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility integration into business strategy, corporate reputation and financial performance. The population is the 2,009 SMEs in electrical and electronics industry. The research tools are questionnaires. There are 208 companies completed and sent them back, which can be transferred to a response rate of 18.7%. Data analysis includes Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression. The research findings indicate that SMEs have average to highest level of corporate social responsibility and average to high level of corporate social responsibility integration into business strategy. The high scores are planning. The average scores are taking action and evaluation because of lacking the budget, time and knowledge. The study clearly indicates that there are relationship among corporate social responsibility, business strategy, business reputation and financial performance. From the result, SMEs should run business with corporate social responsibility and integrate corporate social responsibility into business strategy in order to create reputation and get better financial performance. The government should provide financial support such as reduce taxes, environmental friendly machine purchasing and factory improving support. Moreover, the government should provide knowledge about corporate social responsibility and set up corporate social responsibility consultant for SMEs in order to create sustainable management.
