ความชุกของความเครียดและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเครียดของแพทย์ประจำบ้าน โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ / ประพัตรา จันธนะสมบัติ = Prevalence of stress and factors correlated with stress among residents in training in King Chulalongkorn Memorail Hospital / Prapattra Junthanasombate
The purpose of this descriptive study was to evaluate the prevalence of stress and factors correlated with stress among residents in training in King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. The population samples were 264 residents, 116 males and 148 females, age 22-45 years (mean aged 28.07). The study conducted during October to December 2002. Self-administered questionnaire was consisted of questionnaire from Mental Health Department. The data were analyzes for desriptive statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square, t-test, One-way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression were used for inferential statistisal anllyzed by SPSS for window. The result of this study were as follows: The prevalence of stress among residents was 22.7%. The factors correlated with stress (p<.01) were religion, level of study, hospital where they used to work, reason of study and suitable budget. The causes factors correlated with stress (p<.01) were individual and environmental problem. The factors that could explain their stress (p<.01) were individual problem, level of study, religion, environmental problem, sex and hospital where they used to work.
