การนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดฝึกอบรม ของกองการฝึก กองเรือยุทธการ กองทัพเรือ / สงวนศักดิ์ บรรจง = A proposed guideline for training management of fleet training command of the Royal Thai Navy / Sanguansak Banchong
The purpose of this research was to study the state and problems of training management of Fleet Training Command of The Royal Thai Navy. The population of this study were 4 high rank commanders of the Royal Thai Fleet, Royal Thai Navy. 1 Adviser to the Minister of Education, 10 Training administrators of Fleet Training Command, and 224 Trainers of Fleet Training Command, which the population were 239 in total. The instruments employed in this research were the structured interview guidelines and questionnaires. The data of interview guidelines were analyzed by frequency and narration, and the data of questionnaires were analyzed by frequency, percentage and narration. Research findings indicated that most of the training management of Fleet Training Command in accordance with the four steps of its process as follows : (1) according to the training needs assessment in training management process. (2) according to constructing the training. (3) according to administering the training. (4) according to the training evaluation. The problems in training management process were as follow : lack of development and improvement in constructing the update curriculum, most of trainers without of modern knowledge especially in aspects of modem weapons, lack of training media, and lack of system and continuity in evaluation and follow-up. The main objective of the research is to propose a guideline for training management of Fleet Training Command. A proposed guideline is as follows : 1. In training needs assessment, the priority of the vital curriculum for the task force should be considered. 2. In constructing the curriculum, the panel in charge of developing and improving the update curriculum should be set up, trainers of Fleet Training Command should be encouraged to fulfill their skills with modem information & knowledge, and the sufficient training and including the appropriate classroom & surroundings must be provided. 3. In administering the training, the 1 month early warning and informing action to units should be considered and the training aid must be prepared in classroom. 4. The training evaluation and follow - up must be firmly established in system and continuity.
