The purpose of this thesis was to study of causes of conflict and conflict solutions of large elementary school administrators under the National Primary Education Commission as perceived by administrators and teachers. Sample of study consisted of 170 administrators and 170 teachers. Instrument used in this research were checklist and rating scale questionnaires. Data were analyzed in terms of frequency distribution, percentages, means, standard divinations and One-way Anova. Research findings were as follows : 1. The ranking of causes of conflict as perceived by administrators and teachers consequently were : Differences in Evaluation Criteria and Reward Systems, Dependence on Common Scarce Resources, Role Dissatisfaction, Participative Decision Making, Communication Distortions, Heterogeneity of Members, Low formalization and Status Incongruence. 2. Causes of conflict as perceived by administrators and teachers under significance difference level. 05 were : Differences in Evaluation Criteria and Reward Systems, Participative Decision Making, and Status Incongruence. 3. Method used in the most solving conflict by administrators in Dependence on Common Scare Resources, Differences in Evaluation Criteria and Reward Systems, Participative Decision Making, Heterogeneity of Members, Status Incongruence, Role Dissatisfaction and Communication Distortions was conducting conference. Method used in the most solving conflict by administrators in Low Formalization was setting the mutual goal or work participation.
