การนำเสนอระบบการฝึกอบรมสำหรับหน่วยอบรมประชาชนประจำตำบลของคณะสงฆ์หนตะวันออกในอุปถัมภ์ของกรมการศาสนา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ / อนุทิน อินทร์งาม = A proposed training system for tambon training unit of Sangha eastern region, supported by Department of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Education / Anutin In-ngam
The purpose of this research were (1) to study the status, problems and needs of tambon training unit of Sangha Eastern Region, (2) to study specialists' opinions concerning a training system for tambon training unit of Sangha Eastern Region, and (3) to propose a training system for tambon training unit of Sangha Eastern Region supported by Department of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Education. The sample were 150 tambon training unit committees, 500 local people in Sangha Eastern Region and 19 specialists in training. The researcher used three-rounds of delphi technique to collect data. The data were analyzed by percentage, median and interquartile range. The research findings were as follows: 1. Most of tambon training units in Sangha Eastern Region managed training uneffectively; local people could implement their knowledge from training program, especially moral and ethics, occupations, herb farming and brassware. Problems mostly found were lack of budget for training and lack of a system for conducting training; tambon training units need sufficient budget and need an effective system to produce training results that were intended. 2. The tambon training system for Sangha Eastern Region comprised of seven components: (1) philosophy, aspiration and policy : people should have better quality of life, promote local occupation, be able to share happy life and support oneself (2) trainees should be able to express their training needs and do not limit trainee qualifications, training should be for all people (3) training objectives focus on promoting and resurrecting local art and culture (4) training curriculum and program focus on traditions and local culture with update content (5) training technique should be lecture with demonstration and practice (6) resource person should have experience in various disciplines and can speak northeast dialect, be person from other organizations, media should include microphones, amplifiers and local media such as reed organ and brassware (7) training duration bases on curriculum within 3-5 days and conducting in the evening after work; location should be in temples or tambon administration organization's office, budget should obtain from profits of co-op.
