The objectives of this research were to study the relationship between various factors and the student’s learning achievement and to study factors predicting the student’s learning achievement at the upper secondary education level, non-formal education of general education with self-instructional type, Bangkok metropolis. The results of the research indicated that: 1. There were four factors showing significant positive relationship with the student’s learning achievement at the upper secondary education level, non-formal education with self-instructional type, Bangkok metropolis as follow: the preparation for the examination by tutoring (R= 0.174 at 0.01 significant level), the highest educational qualification prior the examination at the lower secondary education level (R=0.129 at 0.05 significant level), the number of years after the graduation at the lower secondary education level (R= .0128 at 0.05 significant level), the preparation for the examination by studying former test (R=.0117 at 0.05 significant level). There were two factors showing negative relationship at 0.05 significant level as follow: the preparation time for the examination (R= -0.137), the daily studying time for the examination (R= -0.137) 2. There were five factors which has the potential in preparation for the examination by tutoring (at 0.01 significant level), the preparation time for the examination (at 0.05 significant level), the number of years after the graduation at the lower secondary education level (at 0.05 significant level), the daily studying time for the examination (at 0.05 significant level) and the highest educational qualification prior the examination at the lower secondary education level (at 0.05 significant level). These five factors can jointly predict the student’s learning achievement around 10 percent.
