At present, the women’s clothing business is growing continuously especially the online clothing business, which is convenient and suitable for people in this generation with face-paced lifestyle. However, the women consumers still face problems with the online clothing sale, while some of them decide not to buy clothes from online stores at all. Based on the surveys and in-depth interview, it is found that the main problem is that the size of the cloth does not fit their figures. Therefore, in the attempt to solve such problem, the concept of Online Women’s Made-to-Measure Clothing is initiated that the business will provide semi tailor-made clothes for customers which will be fit to the figures of the customers under flexible standard patterns. By doing so, the clothes provided by the business will have more unique design, better quality cutting and more fit to customers’ size than other fashion brands with similar price. In addition, the customers can conveniently place the order via online platform. Based on the surveys, there are numbers of respondents that showed their interest in this business concept. In this regard, based on the investment analysis and financial assumptions, it is found that the Online Women’s Made-to-Measure Clothing business is profitable. According to the evaluation of 5-year free cash flow of the firm, the Net Present Value of 5-year free cash flow is Baht 4,283,795, the Internal Rate of Return is 577 percent and the Payback Period is 3 months.
