This independent study presents the business plan for Sweet Soya Soymilk. The business is driven by changing consumer behavior, due to the hectic lifestyles. Therefore, they do not have enough time to exercising or even taking care of their health. However, consumer’s health awareness is rising at the moment. Consumers’ growing needs for healthy foods and drinks. Therefore, the business has noticed the market opportunity and would like to focus the health conscious consumer target group. The soy milk is created without the use of added sugar and is naturally sweetened with stevia, no additional calories or artificial ingredients. The supporting research utilizes secondary data collected from reliable sources and primary data collected from survey and in-depth interviews with consumers. The purpose of this study is to understand the business environment, consumer’s behavior and competitors and conclude the business feasibility for Sweet Soya Soymilk. In terms of Marketing, Sweet Soya Soymilk will use various marketing tools to create brand and product awareness, focus on building strong customer relationships that will create customer loyalty and retention. In terms of Operations, the business will use standardized process to produce fresh, clean and high-quality soymilk. Additionally, the shop operations will focus on providing excellent service for customer satisfaction.
