This project aims to study a feasibility of healthy food delivery for CKD patients business. The amount of chronic kidney disease patients (CKD) in Thailand is increasing every year at present. Consumption behavior is one of the cause that lead to kidney failure. In order to deliver a good quality of life to CKD patients, this business plan is not only to bring a physical heath but also mental health. However, there are few direct competitors and there are many factors that can affect the business, such as a healthy trend and the increasing of CKD patients. Therefore, a business plan, which comprised of potential operation, limitation and financial analysis, needs to be studied in order to make a strategic plan and decision making. This study has condensed the information from a number of sources including in-depth interview and secondary source. From this study, it is founded that this business plan could be profitable and has a prospect of being successful project. This project has a distinctive point which is especially designed products for CKD patients. The initial investment and working capital is THB 2,507,100 that would make a total return in term of net present value (NPV) is THB 4,350,858 and internal rate of return (IRR) is 45.97 %. The discounted payback period of the project is within 2 years 8 months under the assumptions. In conclusion, this business plan is attractive for investors.
