This independent study project was created as a guideline for starting a smart home installation service business. The main objective is to study the feasibility of the marketing plan, operational plans and financial plans to analyze if the project is feasible or not. In the Marketing plan, analyzing the business environment data behavior and factors affecting consumer decision making from both secondary and primary sources. The result is that the project has a marketing possibility due to the expansion of the consumer groups that have begun to demand for Smart Home, together with the trend of the industry has grown steadily. Moreover, from the survey, the results indicate that the consumer wanted to use the Smart Home. But the problems are that consumers cannot install on their own and the target group main expectation from using Smart Home is the comfortability. The company is going to use the comfortability of using Smart Home to compete in the industry by providing the installation service and focusing on improving the comfortability of being in the home. This project, therefore, created a business plan for smart home installation service under the brand name "HOMiE". This will be a comprehensive smart home installation service. Starting from the interior design until after-sales service Operation plan from the feasibility study of various aspects of the operation, from analysis design, service process planning, location of the project, raw material management, supplier management, employee recruitment and training and various quality control processes the result is that the establishment and management of Smart Home installation services are possible. The Financial feasibility study found that the business used the initial investment of 2,625,000.00 baht with the project duration of 5 years and expected that the project will be able to provide an internal rate of return (IRR) equal to 22.12%. The net present value (NPV) is 1,951,570.59 baht and has payback period is within 3.171 years under the assumption given which shows that the business is attractive to invest.
