This objective of this independent study is to analyze the feasibility of the Business Plan for the Royal Thai cuisine under the brand “Krua Sam Rab” which serving lunch sets for both mid and late carriers by A’ la carte ordering type. Not only lunch sets serving but also including interesting Royal Thai Cuisine which unique and difficult to order from others. This idea is coming up from business opportunities either growth of markets and trends of dinning out which are increasing. This business plan is including the analysis of study case in restaurant business, consumer behavior, operation plan, financial plan and emergency plan From depth group interviewing, The Royal Thai Cuisine should be set up in Central World Department Store because the department store is generally known and doesn’t have other competition in this field of business in the department store. The selected location has potential and reaches the target customers. From the financial perspective, the initial capital investment of this business plan is 5,000,000 baht in 5 years operations. The net present value (NPV) is 2,478,118.04 baht, internal rate of return (IRR) is 27.15% and payback period (PB) within 2 years 9 months and 8 days. In conclusion, this project is attractive and feasible for investment.
