This independent study was created to a business plan of a holistic healthy cookie business. The target market is health-conscious consumers prefer to eat local brands. According to the marketing strategies, the positioning strategy is to be holistic healthy cookies with premium quality. Pricing strategy is value-based pricing strategy based on questionnaire survey and in-depth interview result. Brand communication via various media channels aspect of presenting a healthier choice for cookies which will be first in customers' minds. In terms of the production plan, business needs a serious concern in managing raw material and production volumes to match with customer’s demand as much as possible to provide the best quality of the product. For financial analysis, 2,628,789 baht is required as an initial investment. Over the 5 year-period project, the estimated internal rate of return is 43.79% and net present value is 2,078,888.07 baht. The discounted payback period of the project is within 2.48 years under the assumptions. Based on the estimated financial result, this project is consequently feasible.
