SUMMARY
This independent study is conducted to see the feasibility of the business and develop business plan for hostel for international digital nomads in Bangkok. The idea to initiate this business plan because the opportunity of Thailand tourism. The number of arrival tourist in Bangkok is still increasing year by year. Moreover, digital nomads become more popular and found that Bangkok is the 6th dream destination for digital nomads. The concept of hostel for international digital nomads is introduced to fulfill the needs of community, comfortable, and new experience. The study contains both primary and secondary data to analyze business environment, target market, and customer behavior. The primary data are obtained from surveys and some interview of 121 international tourists to Thailand while the secondary data are obtained from Ministry of Tourism and Sports, other government agencies websites, newspapers, digital nomads community website and journals. The analyses are based on primary and secondary data to study the feasibility of this business plan. NomadHub Hostel offers shared dormitory and private rooms, common space, homey and cozy design and co-working space. From the study, social media, community and personalization play an important role to success of the business. Tourists tend to seek accommodations with product and service that promote local sensibilities, community, and unique experiences through online channels. For financial parts, the company requires 1,515,560 baht includes renovation, decoration, and advance rental payment. the company has positive NPV which is 1,272,326 which is positive value based on weighted average cost of capital (WACC) 20.56%. for the payback period the company will return within 3 years and 3 months which is acceptable for the investment. For internal rate of return (IRR) of NomadHub Hostel is 44.3% . This business plan will be benefit for entrepreneurs who would like to invest in hostel business
