In present day beauty and skin care product markets in China is continually growing. The company, Salt de Siam, sees an opportunity to expand the market to Chinese market. This independent study is developing to make sure that Chinese market could be the right target. Therefore this business plan was established to formulate the practical for exporting the products to China. In order to conduct all the necessary information, primary data must be gathering. Chinese market could be a great opportunity for Salt de Siam. Therefore this business plan shows the target consumer as Chinese female, aged 25-50 in Shanghai. The number of sales forecast in the first year is 49,000 pieces and expect to increase 9% every year according to the skin care growth rate of China. After conduct primary data next is to gathers the secondary data, which was from the Internet, news, Chulalongkorn Library, and Department of International Trade. While primary data was conduct by from distribute the questionnaire from 81 female Chinese tourists in order to know the behavior, cultural, and what influence consumers. However the funding investment is estimated at 4,055,000 THB, which cover all the expenses including pre operation expense and expense in the first three months. According to the calculation from the five-year projects forecast, this business plan has a positive NPV of 7,344,920 THB while the payback period is 2.69 years. Moreover the IRR rate is at 45.9 %, which is higher than WACC at 9.95%. Therefore this business plan is worth for an investment.
