การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับมัธยมศึกษาและการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นำอย่างคล่องแคล่ว 2) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นำอย่างคล่องแคล่ว และ 3) กลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นำอย่างคล่องแคล่ว ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีอธิบายขยายความ (Explanatory Sequential Mixed Methods Design) เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Data Collection) ร่วมกับการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Data Collection) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ โรงเรียนเอกชนที่มีการเปิดสอนในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – มัธยมศึกษาปีที่6 จำนวน 240 โรงเรียน ทั่วประเทศ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของกรอบแนวคิดการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับมัธยมศึกษาและการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นำอย่างคล่องแคล่ว แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นำอย่างคล่องแคล่ว แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของร่างกลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นำอย่างคล่องแคล่ว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยการใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย คือร้อยละ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับมัธยมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา การจัดการเรียนการสอน การจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน และการวัดและประเมินผล กรอบแนวคิดการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นำอย่างคล่องแคล่ว ประกอบด้วย การพัฒนานักเรียนในด้านดังต่อไปนี้ 1) การตระหนักในสถานการณ์ (Situational Awareness) 2) การตระหนักถึงจุดมุ่งหมาย (Sense of Purpose) 3) ความเข้าใจในผู้ที่มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย (Stakeholder Understanding) 4) สไตล์การใช้อำนาจ (Power Style) 5) ความตระหนักในการเชื่อมโยง(Connective Awareness) 6) การตัดสินใจอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ (Reflective Judgement) 7) การตระหนักในตนเอง(Self-awareness) 8) แรงจูงใจเชิงพัฒนา (Developmental Motivation) 2. สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นำอย่างคล่องแคล่ว โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก( x̄ = 3.5735)  ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x̄ = 4.5777) 3. กลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นำอย่างคล่องแคล่ว ประกอบไปด้วย 3 กลยุทธ์หลักคือ 1) เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารการวัดและประเมินผลเพื่อพัฒนานักเรียนในด้านภาวะผู้นำอย่างคล่องแคล่ว มี 2กลยุทธ์รอง และ 10 วิธีดำเนินการ 2) ยกระดับการบริหารการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นำอย่างคล่องแคล่ว มี 2 กลยุทธ์รอง และ 10 วิธีดำเนินการ และ 3) ปรับเปลี่ยนหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีภาวะผู้นำอย่างคล่องแคล่ว มี 2 กลยุทธ์รอง และ 8 วิธีดำเนินการ  
The research objectives were to 1) study the conceptual framework of private secondary school management and students’ agile leadership development 2) study the current and the desirable states of private secondary school management according to the concept of developing the students’ agile leadership and 3) develop private secondary school management strategies according to the concept of developing the students’ agile leadership. The research applied an explanatory sequential mixed methods design through quantitative data collection and qualitative data collection. The samples were 240 private secondary schools in Thailand. The research instruments were questionnaires and strategic evaluation form to testify feasibility and appropriateness of the strategies. The quantitative data were analyzed by percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, PNImodified and qualitative data were analysed by content analysis.The results were as follows: 1. the conceptual framework of private secondary school management consisted of school curriculum development, teaching and learning learner development activities ,and assessment and evaluation. 2. the conceptual framework of developing the students’ agile leadership will develop students in the following areas 1) Situational Awareness 2) Sense of Purpose 3) Stakeholder Understanding 4) Power Style 5) Connective Awareness 6) Reflective Judgement 7) Self-awareness 8) Developmental Motivation 2. The current state of private secondary school management strategies according to the concept of developing the students’ agile leadership as a whole was at the high level ( x̄ = 3.5735) while the desirable state as a whole was at the highest level ( x̄ = 4.5777). 3. Private secondary school management strategies according to the concept of developing the students’ agile leadership consisted of 3 main strategies: 1) Increase the effectiveness of assessment and evaluation management to develop student’ agile leadership with 2 sub strategies and 10 procedures. 2) Enhance the instructional management to develop student’ agile leadership with 2 sub strategies and 10 procedures. 3) Modify school curriculum to develop student’ agile leadership with 2 sub strategies and 8 procedures
