SUMMARY

This study examines the attention to create a strategic plan for SCG Express, a express logistics provider in Thailand. The researcher foresees the trend and opportunity to increase the profit and generate more income based on a change in customer behaviors from booming market of online shopping in Thailand. Apart from a significant growth in online shopping, there is a high competition among Parcel Logistic companies. The study contains Industry and Competitors analysis had been conducted together with Marketing, Operation and Financial Strategies to be competitive in the industry. Beside the main strategic plans, others scenario cases are measured in order to implement the strategic plan effectively. Heavy usage e-Commerce sellers are defined as a main target customer and Special requirement e-commerce sellers are secondary target. Excellent service is the key strength of SCG Express with“Deliver Your Happiness” as a core value. SGC express aims to provide great experiences to customer with effective operations and good cost management to be aligned with corporate and business, Marketing, Operation and Financial Strategies. Last but not least to gain a good return on investment and profit. Therefore the company can have an effective operation and competitive in express postal and parcel delivery.
