This study investigated the morale of Thai cabin attendants in a Japanese Airline after reorganization under bankruptcy law. Overall, the subjects’ level of work morale was moderate. When taking into consideration each aspect of work morale, the aspects of morale in workload, satisfaction in career, attitude toward supervision, attitude toward organization, communication in organization, valued and respected had work morale on the moderate level while another two aspects, which are fairness and fun in workplace, had only slightly low level. However, even if work morale in attitude for organization was moderate, the level of morale in loyalty, which was a part of attitude for organization, was slightly low. In terms of differences between personal factors and the level of work morale, it was found that work morale levels were significantly different among differences in ages, period of works, work positions and monthly incomes.
