This special project was to study the business plan of Health and Wellness tourism for elderly persons under the name of Pharmily Travel. This study provided the analysis of primary data, collected from the survey and interview of the target group aged 50 years, and secondary data in order to create a business plan and strategies that contain marketing plan, operation plan, financial and investment plan. The results of the study factors that affect the health and wellness tourism for elderly persons found that process factor, product and service factor and people factor and are important. Therefore, the business strategy will be focused on making a difference by offering various types of services appropriate to seniors through strategic marketing.
Pharmily Travel will do the marketing mix 7P’s, brand strategy and customer experience management strategy. Furthermore, the project will focus on process management strategy and human resources strategy, the policy of recruiting and training services to suit the business. The feasibility study of financial section, found that Pharmily Travel used the investment amount of 1,500,000 baht from the owner. From the assumption and financial plan, this project should make an investment because net present value (NPV) equals 1,391,551.59 baht and internal interest rate equals 54.3%. Finally, this payback period of the project equals 2.63 years.
