This Business Plan was studied the possibility of online channel platform for gift and souvenir. Even though gift and souvenir business is not the new business in Thailand but this business model is a new business for gift and souvenir. This study were included business overview analysis, competitors analysis for both direct and indirect, consumer behavior analysis on secondary level and In-dept. Interview with 30 consumers was conducted to understand all angle of business environment, competitions and consumer’s needs. Thereafter, considered to develop the products, business plan which included marketing plan, operation plan and financial plan to compete and grow firmly in the market
This business has opportunities in both demand and supply sides the suppliers need more channels and marketing value by online channel. While consumers need to buy gift and souvenir with convenience and match with people who take the gift and souvenir. Therefore this market still has rooms to establish this channel. According to financial feasibility analysis of this business plan within 5 fiscal years, payback period for this business is 1.66 years with 32.35% of Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and 1,026,142.68Baht for Net Present Value (NPV).
