The purpose of this special project is to create the strategic plan of Aki-ko Oat Bar, by analyzing all related competitors, external and internal factors. Furthermore, surveying methodology of research was conducted in order to study consumer behavior and their attitudes toward oat bar products. The finding will be implemented to conduct good strategic planning including import and logistics management, distribution, operation, financial and marketing management in order to set up appropriate business approach to meet objectives. According to the oat bar research finding, it can be clearly seen the potential of continuous sales growth of oat bar market.
The result of all related factors shows that Aki-ko Oat Bar will have capability to competitive in oat bar market by positioning itself to be snack bar for health, tasty, easy to eat at lower price. The strategy is to raise product awareness in customer perception along with product qualifications by setting up marketing activities. Moreover, the organization structure will be set up to manage, develop and increase the effectiveness of human resources and further investment. Lastly, the result of financial analysis shows that the company has capability to do the business, has acceptable payback period and earns the return which is higher than expected.
