The study explores factors that affect choosing a job and organizations selection of new generation pharmacist in Bangkok. A population in this research is pharmacist graduates who are less than 36 years old age who live in Bangkok. Results reveal that the important factors of choosing job are feeling that it is the right job and making them proud of themselves. It is secured job and provide career advancement. It also allows work life balance. The important factors affecting organizations selection are the organization cultures, benefits, stability, credibility, environment and location. Other factors are corporate social responsibility (CSR), image of the organization, reputation, reward and career path. Therefore, organizations should create an employee-friendly workplace, constantly provide training, have good corporate identity, create business ethics and morality, and be socially responsible to attract new generation of pharmacists.
