This independent study purposely to create a business plan for Soy Milk Shop called Tofu-Mize. This study included all factors that might effect to the company performance. Both internal and external factors and also the consumer behavior have been used to analyze in this paper.In this study, the secondary data was collected from published information and the primary data was collected from consumer interview which based on samples in Downtown Bangkok area. The combination of the data was used in the analysis section to create business strategies for Tofu-Mize.
Nowsday, Living in urban society is more hasty so customers need products and services that are easy to access. While Healthy Trend still popular so products or services that related to wellness are likely to grow. There are opportunity for the business of a freshly soy milk shop that set up to provide customers with easy access. The objective of this business plan is to generate brand awareness to customer and to change consumer’s perception to soy milk in order that the business can earn profit and sustainable. The business plan contains a marketing plan, an operation plan and a financial plan that will be a roadmap for Tofu-Mize business. For financial analysis, there is 5-year financial plan with the initial investment amounting to 1 million baht that long term debt to shareholders equity ratio is 50 : 50 as its capital structure. The payback period is around 3 year plus 11 months. The net present value is 1,085,778.48 baht and internal rate of return is 76.06% which is greater than weighted average cost of capital. Thus, this project is worth for investment.
