The purpose of this special project is to plan the business strategy for “Ready GO” business and services of fast-food drive through for consumer in Vibhavadi-Rangsit area in rush hours. “Ready GO” fast-food restaurant presents drive through service in order to meet the requirement of consumer against time in rush hours. “Ready GO” fast-food restaurant’s operating time is 6.30AM – 3.30PM. The food menus are the freshly cooked Thai dishes with the package which is proper to consume in the car. It is the new option for consumer beside the general normal dishes in fast food market. The price starts from 45-75 Baht per set. In this business strategy, we collected the primary information from the questionnaire to study behavior, attitude and factor which influence to the decision making in selecting fast-food drive through of 116 consumers, including to study secondary information from academic articles, researches and information form trusted sources.
Moreover, we studied and analyzed both internal and external factor of business and competitors. The study found that fast-food restaurant still have the growth opportunity according to the very high demand of consumer as well as the fast-paced lifestyle. Therefore, the tendency to buy food at the restaurant grows higher. The target consumer are working people and new parents group who need fast and convenient in transportation and lifestyle. The business plan for “Ready GO” fast-food drive through use 1,800,000 Baht for investment. From the analysis of return on investment found that the payback period is 3 years and 8 months and Net Present Value (NPV) is 17,229,118 Baht while the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 72.80% which is higher than Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC). Accordingly, the business plan is possible.
