The purpose of this study was to prepare business plan and assess the financial feasibility of Thai massage delivery on application under the "2U Massage". This study utilized a various group survey in order to analyze competitive landscape and understand consumer behavior. Survey information used for designing marketing strategies and operational management. Thai massage delivery on application is likely to succeed as consumers are trending toward more health conscious and suit the convenient lifestyle.
Although competition is getting more intense given a fragmented market, the potential growth remains high. Marketing activities, service quality and brand awareness would offer the competitive advantage over competitors. Based on our projection with various set of assumptions, we found out that the payback period for Thai massage delivery on application is 3.05 years with internal rate of returns at 39%. As IRR is higher than weighted cost of capital, we confident that this project would be financially and economically feasible.
