The Project is objected to study and develop marketing plan for O-Plus School which has an opportunity to expand the market well. The analysis of the various factors, both internal and external, enables to detect some market channels to enter to this market more efficiently. According to the research, we found that 3 of the most impacted factors for consumer’s purchasing decision of extra school market are teacher, the convenience and facilities of school and technology respectively. The main target consumer is high school student and their parents. This marketing plan focuses on differentiation strategies by providing difference in quality of product and brand image to beat with the direct and in direct competitors. The strategy will be divided into 3 parts which are create brand awareness, create credibility and publicize brand advantage to the customer along with others marketing activities such as sales promotion. We do expect that this marketing plan will be able to generate more sales revenue up to 100 million baht by using 4.5 million baht of marketing budget in the first year.
