This marketing plan was developed to present the business opportunity and growth of data analysis and reporting business information for Cloud Intelligence Company. This marketing plan was designed for one year implementation during March 2017 until February 2018. Market environmental analysis of this industry includes the influential factors of business and competitive landscape, and initial study from selected local small and medium enterprise (SMEs). The result from an initial environmental analysis were then synthesized as a guideline for developing marketing strategies in order to accomplish the research objectives.The target market for this newly formed business is the local Thai SMEs who are interested in data analysis and reporting business information service.
Primary data for this research project were drawn from interviews with selected SMEs executives including business owners, top management, general managers and accounting managers who can make further purchasing decisions for this service under the topic of “Factors which influence attitude toward data analysis and reporting business information”. Positioning strategy for Cloud Intelligence Company is based on customization of product and service categories, and total solutions of the clients. This research implications can be applied and implemented for brand development and marketing mix strategies. Proposed marketing plan aims to increase brand awareness to be the top of mind, maximize sales revenue for Cloud Intelligence Company, and finally leads company for the sustainable profit.
