ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของธุรกิจกับการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กร / วิกานดา พงษ์พิศาล=The relationship between perception of Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors / Wikanda Pongpisan
The objectives of this independent study are (1) to indicate level of Corporate Social Responsibility (2) to indicate level of Organizational Citizenship Behaviors and (3) to analyze the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors. This quantitative study collected data using questionnaires given to the 316 samples, who are employees of a insurance company. The statistics including percentage, means, and standard deviation are employed in the data analysis. Hypothesis were tested using the Pearson’s Correlation test, Independent Sample t-test and Kruskal – Wallis Test. The results of the study show that (1) the sample perceive the Corporate Social Responsibility at high level, and (2) the sample have Organizational Citizenship Behaviors at high level.
Results of hypothesis testing show that (1) perception of Corporate Social Responsibility is correlated to Organizational Citizenship Behaviors at the significant level of 0.01, (2) age affects perception of Corporate Social Responsibility; different ages have different perception of Corporate Social Responsibility at the significant level of 0.05. On the other hand, age has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Finally, (3) working periods has no effect on perception of Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors.
