This case study in the title of “Perception, Aware the Importance and Attitude toward Corporate Governance of employee in Bangkok” is aimed for (1) to explore level of perception, aware the importance and attitude of employee toward corporate governance (2) to explore Demography Characteristic difference that affected perception, aware the importance and attitude of employee toward corporate governance (3) to study correlation among perception, aware the importance and attitude of employee toward corporate governance. This survey method is used questionnaires which be tool to collect data from entire employee in Bangkok (385 people).
The results found that most employee are able to comprehend, aware the importance in high and highest level respectively. Also, most employee have extremely agree attitude toward corporate governance. Refer to statistical analysis, found that factors of Demography difference are affected toward perception, aware the importance and attitude in the following (1) gender and age factors; not effect on perception. It means that most employee who have different gender and age, they have same perception. (2) If there are different gender and age factors, it is caused of different aware the importance and attitude toward corporate governance.
(3) In difference of Educational level factor which be caused of unlike perception, aware the importance and attitude of employee toward corporate governance. (4) Employee, who work for government, have difference in perception from employee of private company and public enterprise. There is no difference for aware the importance and attitude toward corporate governance. At last, the study of relation of perception, aware the importance and attitude are found that there is positive relation among of them. It can be interpreted that if employee have more perception, they will have more positive in aware the importance and attitude in same way
