ความพึงพอใจในงานและความผูกพันต่อองค์การของพนักงาน กรณีศึกษา บริษัท แลนด์ แอนด์ เฮ้าส์ จำกัด (มหาชน) / อรสุมพล แก้วผลึก=Job Satisfaction and Employee Commitment: A Case Study of the Land and Houses Public Company Limited /Orasumpol Kaewpaluek
This study was a survey research , using questionaires as research instrument for data gathering. Samples were 341 employee of the Land and Houses PLC. The data analysis was conducted by using program SPSS program The results of the study showed that 1) employee of the Land and Houses had high level of job satisfaction in 4 aspects : the relationship with co-workers , the relationship with superiors , work environment ,and work-life family balance, 2) employee of the Land and Houses had high level of employee commitment in 3 aspects : the strong belief in accepting organizational goals and values , the willingness to devote a lot of effort for the benefit of the organization, and the strong need to maintain the membership of the organization
3) factors related significantly to employee satisfaction were genders , age, period of employment, work place, and job positioning 4) factors related significantly to employee commitment were status , age , period of employee and job positioning.
