This special project has initiated to develop a business plan for Soy Milk Ice-cream shop as ice-cream is a popular dessert for consumers in Thailand which supported by its tropical climate. However, most of the ice-cream currently available in the market incorporate large portion of fat and sugar which is somewhat considered as unhealthy for health-conscious consumers. In present, consumers in Thailand has become more health-conscious. Therefore, the idea to create healthy ice-cream that made from soy milk is developed under “Soy Story” brand. Soy milk is the healthy drink that has been popular and gained high growth rate in the current market.
A vision statement for the business is to be the premium healthy ice-cream which made from finest ingredients, less sweet and low-fat that offered in various flavors to Ice-cream lovers in Thailand.
