The purpose of this independent study is to provide a strategic plan of online talent catalog for ManpowerGroup Solutions. The online talent catalog is a solution provided to customer who are interested to hire new graduates by presenting the qualified shortlist candidates who passed assessment process and with description of individual qualification by standard scoring tool. The customers have a permission to consider these candidates’s information by accessing online channel.
This strategic plan consists of external environment analysis including environment factors, competitive analysis, industry attractiveness analysis, and internal analysis as well as SWOT analysis. Moreover the study includes customer analysis part collecting primary data from targeted customers by in depth interview method to complete the strategic plan and to be aligned with collected data. By using those findings from all analysis, this growth strategic plan can be highly effective for business and increase profitability for ManpowerGroup Solutions
