The main objective of this special project is to set up a strategic planning for AAA Robot Vacuum Cleaner Co., Ltd which is the company that distribute the automatic robot vacuum cleaner. Methodology for this project is to research and analyze all the factors both inside and outside. By using all the factors, we can also be recognized by using SWOT analysis. The results of using the analysis, we can make a strategic plan more effective and efficient that should make the company better and meet the company’s mission and vision.
Our corporate strategy emphasize the growing and expanding the company to serve all potential customers. For our business strategy, we focused on the product’s differentiation and customer service. Our functional strategy can be divided into 2 main topics which are marketing and inside operation. For marketing, we focused on brand’s image that represents our company to be well-known company and to be a first choice for the customers when they thinking about robot vacuum cleaner. For inside operation, we aimed for better efficiency by keep improving all the working steps to reduce delays and errors.
Moreover, we always train our staffs with new knowledge and tools to run our company better together to fight with our competitors in this very competitive market. For financial, we focus on revenue growth and reduce all the expenses to maximize our profits In order to evaluate and control the operation according to the strategy, we use the tool called “Balance Scorecard” to observe and monitoring for the best results. The better results for the scorecard will lead to the better solutions that make our company more efficient and effective.
