The purpose of this independent study is to form a business plan for Impanich restaurant, where it sells fast food categorized as shrimp-dumpling noodles, rice with roasted red pork and crispy pork, needs to increase the number of branches to Bangkok in the central business area. Then, this study was to determine the marketing plan, business plan, financial plan, and to have indicator for results in performance – to be the guideline in operating the business. In order to understand the target customers, the primary and secondary data was collected from various sources of data and was used in analysis of environmental factors which are related in both external and internal factors, including the survey of opinions from samples with questionnaires, then consolidating to perform as plan in different aspects. Impanich restaurant has positioned itself as taste and food adjusting to increase customer satisfaction. The samples were people in working age, aged between 21-60 years old,
medium to high salary in Bangkok and the sample of customers who have catering during the conference – by applying the marketing mix strategies. Furthermore, the business plan has decided the structure, roles, regulations, and involved the wage and welfare for employees in all positions. Also, there are the procedures and processes in production, and servicing of Impanich restaurant. Moreover, it also determined the raw material and inventory management. In addition, the result of financial plan proves to be positive in its net present value, the internal rate of return was 58 percent, and it can recover the capital in 1 year and 9 months – it had continued good profitability and high cash flow. In conclusion, Impanich restaurant’s project is an interesting one and worth for investment.
