The dwelling behaviors of the consumers in Thailand had changed from horizontal to vertical dwelling. The launch of new dwelling building projects had a trend to the growth.In consequence, many dwelling building management companies were established. While most Thai and multinational companies focused on the management quality in order to satisfy the targeted clients, several companied focused meanwhile on the quantity and profit aspects without business ethics which resulted in the problem of quality, standard, and financial transparency maintaining.
Relating to the condominium management by the concerned actors, several companies did not understand the context and essence of the management in this business corresponding to the consumers’ needs. Having been aware of such strong and weak points as well as opportunities and treats, the Researchers are of the opinion it is a good occasion to launch and expand the condominium management to the external market with the objectives to generate profits and to reduce risks for the entity A.
For those reasons, the Researchers set up a strategic plan with a goal to enter the market within the next 3 – 5 years. The company will provide its community management service for the external market and become the leading professional company in condominium management industry. The results from this study can be applied to the strategy development for further management of condominium.
