The purpose of this strategy plan is study and collecting the data about business operation of one fork lift Company. The study is consisted of internal environment analysis, external environment analysis, customer analysis, competitive analysis and five force models analysis. This company provides sale, rental and service to the customers. Company is facing the problem about accumulated deficit nearly 10 years and have market share only 7% in Thailand. The main problem of the company is the inefficient of after sales service and unknown brand.
The strategic plan is improve the service quality and process to reduce service time, improve knowledge for technician to be the professional, expand service call center during Saturday and improve purchasing process for spare parts to reduce the waiting time. Moreover, company will do the marketing promotion to create brand awareness to customers, for example, join the industrial event to show the product, advertise on billboard and advertise by google adwords including more employment that necessary to this strategy plan. This strategy plan will help the company to increase sales revenue, rental revenue and service revenue including reduce the service cost, then the company will get the profit and effect to positive company’s liquidity and improve inventory management.
