This business plan is conducted to study opportunities and formulate a business strategy for bathroom industry under a brand called KUDOS. It included organizational management, marketing, financial and risk management plan. The project started from investigating various factors that have significant impact on the business to know the company’s current status and the competition in the industry. The investigation framed an effective business strategy that creates competitive advantages for the company and analyzed the investment return, which leaded to a successful business.
The development of this business plan derived from several sources: quantitative research (via questionnaires) and secondary research . This information was gathered to analyze the internal and external environment, the current industry competition and the target market. It generated a strong business strategy in every aspect including a product design that satisfy customer’s need and an inspiring bathroom design according to customer’s desire by integrating company’s innovative products into a bathroom.
The company intensely focused on individual needs to satisfy customers via innovative design and advance technologies, which is the key factor that will lead KUDOS to succeed. The result from the study reveals that the company has a potential to run profitably and an ability to achieve the business goal by expanding the target group and offering innovative products that involved consumer’s engagement. Lastly, the business plan is aiming to achieve an income of 300 million baht in the year 2017.
