การจัดการที่จอดรถยนต์ของโรงพยาบาล : กรณีศึกษาโรงพยาบาลในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 6 แห่ง / นวรัตน์ อุดมเวทยนันท์ = Management of hospital parking facilities : a case study of six hospitals in Bangkok / Nawarat Udomwetayanan
Car parking facility is significant and requires sufficient management for supporting users who visiting the hospital. The objectives are studying the extent of hospital management for car parking by empirical research as case studies from 6 hospitals, such as Siriraj Hospital, Ramathibodi Hospital, Chulalongkorn hospital, Praram 9 hospital, Phyathai 2 Hospital and BNH Hospital by mean of collecting data from surveying and interviewing, afterward, the data will be analyzed and discussed. From the case studies, the hospital provided parking areas for various types of user, both inside and outside the hospital. It found that the public hospitals provide car parking for the hospital staffs inside buildings and allocate some parking to primarily accommodate hospital employees. Mostly, for the visitors, car parking will be serviced outside areas. This is different from the car parking location of private hospital that allocating parking area inside the buildings for support the visitors who use the service primarily. Providing car park for the internal people, found that all six hospitals give priority to executives, medical staffs and ambulances. These areas are the easiest part for approaching. The aspect of car park management is divided car park management structure to 3 forms, depends on different administration policy, so individual hospital has its own structure. There are 3 locations for the setting of operational security team, car parking main entrance, each building floor and observing parking areas, will depend on car park positioning for users and the number of parking areas affect to the operational security team assignment that related to the tools, using to control car parking. We found that the rates of car park are different, depending on the condition of the services . The public hospitals charge lower rate for parking, in order not to trouble whoever using parking areas, on the contrary, Private hospitals do not charge the outsiders who visiting the hospital. The study concluded that the hospital car park management requires adequate areas to meet the requirement of user as possibly as it can by handling and satisfy of all requirements. The allocation of parking space and designated parking position of the service appropriately leading to the consideration of applying technology management systems for the effectiveness, in accord with the setting of operational security team at the hospital car parking by present and future priorities should be planned and managed as a system
