This individual study was undertaken with the objective of deriving formulating a business strategic plan for Lumlukka Agricultural Technology Service Center of Chaiyapattana Foundation. The study was done by surveying targeted farmers and relevant government organizations in the same and nearby provinces along with literature reviews, internet and website study. The results were utilized to analyze external business environment effecting the organization operation that includes economic, industrial, market competitive, opportunities, threats, customers and internal analysis. The result of which then serves as a basis to drive an appropriate business strategic plan in order to support the center strength and pave a way to sustainable growth. This is to achieve the target of helping citizens to live in good conditions that leads to the highest objective of country stability. The Lumlukka Agricultural Technology Service Center of Chaiyapattana Foundation has several major operation fields that require different suitable strategic strategies. For the activity of agricultural knowledge transfer, the strategy is to broad introduce the details of services to public. This will increase the visitor numbers. Also with the training management and topics developed from the agriculturist needs, the knowledge will be transferred to the agriculturist and the knowledge can be utilized effectively. For the production and selling of agricultural and processed products, the strategy is to focus on product quality and differentiation and use various marketing strategies in order to increase revenue. In parallel, the low cost strategy shall be performed as well as the strategy of human resource development strategy. All these strategies support the center to achieve the objectives that will make the center operation successful and sustainable in the long run. In addition, to measure the successfulness, there are key performance indicators established. The objectives are to be considered as guidance of the center management and used for the center operation performance evaluation. All of this, the Lumlukka Agricultural Technology Service Center can considers the proposed key performance indicators and the recommended strategies to prepare the official annual plan of year 2012-2013.
