This independent study proposes the feasibility study of an E-book system of Chulalongkorn University project and being conducted with data analyze on marketing, technical, managerial and financial aspects. This study was collected data from questionnaires distributed among Chulalongkorn University students. Marketing analysis showed that the electronic book industry in the early development of the market must focus on the different strengths of the Chulalongkorn University. Being a leader in electronic and scholarly. The development of the contents of the book and development of production technology are important to add value for customers. It is a satisfaction to customers, need to buy more and to distribute word of mouth to potential customer. According to the technical and managerial analysis, the project starts from the Chulalongkorn University establish the committee from related divisions in order to operation and control management. Chulalongkorn University will solely invest to enhance competitiveness in the long run. According to the financial analysis, the total investment is 1,450,000 baht on equity. The pay back period is 2 year and 10 months. The net present value equals 1,804,309.48 baht and the internal rate of return is 35.04 % which is higher than an expected return.
